How WLTT Workforce came to be
We didn't start as a software company. We started by installing the hardware.
Since 2016, WLTT has sold and installed biometric terminals and IT infrastructure across Thailand — face and fingerprint terminals from Hikvision, Dahua, ZKTeco and HIP, plus CCTV, Wi-Fi and networking for hotels, restaurants, construction sites and offices.
Our clients kept telling us the same thing: the terminal was the easy part. The software behind it was expensive, sold feature by feature, rarely understood Thai labour law, and never covered payroll, tours, cleaning or maintenance. Teams ended up with a device on the wall and spreadsheets everywhere else.
So we built the platform we wished existed. It began as simple time & attendance on top of the terminals we already installed — and grew, feature by feature and customer by customer, into WLTT Workforce: one place to run an entire team, from the first check-in to payroll, tours and assets.
The tour module, like every other new module — cleaning, facility maintenance, asset lifecycle, IT licensing — was built for the specific needs of our clients. Each one grew from a real problem we solved together.
