1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the WLTT Time & Attendance platform ("Service") at saas.wltt.asia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
WLTT provides a cloud-based platform that receives attendance timestamps from your biometric terminals (Hikvision, Dahua, ZKTeco, HIP and others) and provides time tracking, analytics, reports, and payroll tools. We do NOT receive or process biometric data — all biometric processing occurs on your equipment.
3. Account & Access
Access is provided via invitation from a platform administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription Plans
Service is offered under Trial (free/30 days), Starter, Business, and Enterprise plans. The Provider may suspend access for overdue payments exceeding 15 days.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform. We act as a Data Processor under PDPA. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data before permanent deletion.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not: reverse-engineer the platform, use it for unlawful purposes, share credentials with unauthorized parties, or attempt to access other tenants' data.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for losses caused by your equipment, network, or third-party services.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email or in-platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Chonburi Province.
