1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the WLTT Workforce platform ("Service") at saas.wltt.asia and/or the WLTT HR mobile applications (iOS, Android), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
WLTT Workforce is a comprehensive cloud-based HR & workforce management platform. Core features include: time & attendance tracking (integration with Hikvision, Dahua, ZKTeco, HIP and other biometric terminals, GPS geofencing, QR check-in for field and tourism staff), shift management, payroll with Thai statutory reporting (PND.1, 50 Tawi, SSF, Provident Fund), leave management, employee onboarding/offboarding (JML). Optional paid modules: Cleaning & Facilities Management, Facility Maintenance & Equipment Lifecycle, Tourism Operations (tour programs, QR check-in, route reports), KPI & Performance, Asset Lifecycle, Transport & Fleet (coming soon). We do NOT receive or process biometric data — all biometric processing occurs on your equipment.
3. Account & Access
Access is provided via invitation from a platform administrator. Each tenant (company) operates in an isolated environment. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Role-based access control (RBAC) defines available features for each user. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription Plans & Modules
The platform is offered under four base plans: Free (unlimited duration, up to 10 employees), Starter, Business, and Enterprise. Optional add-on modules (Cleaning, Tourism, Facility Maintenance, KPI, Asset Lifecycle, IT License & Identity, Transport & Fleet) are billed separately. Multi-company account groups (holding structures) are supported. The Provider may suspend access for overdue payments exceeding 15 days.
5. Your Data
You retain full ownership of all data entered into the platform, including employee records, attendance logs, payroll calculations, photos, facility plans, and tour reports. We act as a Data Processor under PDPA. Photo retention periods are configurable by the company administrator (2 weeks to 6 months). Upon contract termination, you have 30 days to export your data before permanent deletion.
6. Mobile Applications
The WLTT HR mobile applications for iOS and Android are an integral part of the Service. Through the apps, employees can clock in/out (GPS, QR code), view shift schedules, submit leave requests, and receive notifications. These Terms apply to the use of mobile applications in full. The apps are distributed via Apple App Store and Google Play — usage is also subject to the respective store policies. We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices and OS versions.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not: reverse-engineer the platform, use it for unlawful purposes, share credentials with unauthorized parties, attempt to access other tenants' data, circumvent plan limits or usage quotas, or use the API in ways that degrade service for other users.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for losses caused by your equipment, network, third-party integrations (POS systems, GPS trackers, biometric terminals), or third-party services.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email or in-platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Chonburi Province.
