1. Tourism Operations — QR Check-In That Counts as Work Arrival

Thailand's tourism businesses have a unique workforce: guides, drivers, driver assistants and translators who start their day at a pier, a hotel lobby or a tour bus — not at an office terminal.

We introduced a dedicated tourism role for each employee. When a guide or driver scans the tour-programme QR code to start a trip, the system now records this scan as their work arrival for the day — automatically creating the attendance record with time and GPS location. No separate clock-in needed.
